even though it was working fine before, once closed the application and reopened it its showing this error. first fetch tool was not enabled so i enabled and came back to test it. and it stopped working. before reopening the applications all the tools were perfectly working

We need folders to better organize chats, something like projects would also be cool like custom set of prompts, MCP tools, Context, System prompt.
